I knew, I swear you that I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. After Asus Eee hit the market it was obvious that other companies would have done something. As a matter of fact we have another ultraportable by Everex which is going to be available on the market as soon as Jan. 15 2008. This new laptop sports Google Apps-oriented “gOS” Linux and its price is just $400! Expect to see more details about it here as well as other ultraportables’ reviews. The ultraportable war has just started!

By the way, specs include a VIA C7 ULV 1.2GHz CPU, a 30GB hard drive, 512MB of RAM, WiFi, a card reader, two USB ports, and a DVI out
