Microsoft has just released the Service Pack 3 Release Candidate 1 for WindowsXP on its website for everybody to download. This realease is not exclusive of MSDN and Technet members anymore and contains updates and hotfixes from SP2 and SP1 apart a lot of brand new hot-fixes. Donwnload Windows XP SP3 RC1 here.
