Microsoft has just released a new Service Pack release candidate (refresh 2) for Windows XP. This is, just in case you don’t know what I am talking about, a beta version and it is for debugging purposes (and for this reason was released just to beta testers). It comes in 3 languages namely: English, German and Japanese and its total size is 944.47 MB. The leaked version found on Depositfiles.com is just in English language and its size is about 311.58 MB. To download it, click on this link that will let you download a small file (12.43 KB). This file is a torrent one, so if you want to use it you have to own the proper program. A good bittorrent client is Utorrent that doesn’t require any installation, plus it is very light and fast. If instead you want to download the SP installer (.exe extension) you can click on this other Depositfiles link. In this case the download is direct and you don’t need any third part program. By the way, the final release is expected by April. If you missed the other SP release candidates visit this section. A little note. If you already have a Service Pack RC installed on your PC I advice you to uninstall it before installing this new version, just to avoid any issue due to the fact of having different SP on the same machine.
