Wester Digital has just released a new external HDD called My passport essential. Peering at it from its web site I can tell you that it is quite slim, small and extremely glossy. I like it. It comes in three sizes: 160GB, 250GB and 320GB and they are USB 2.0 powered. It also includes Google software to search your drive, manage your photos, and simplify Web searches. System requirements include: Windows 2000/XP or Vista and Mac OS X 10.4.8+. If you want to buy it you have to pay $199.99. Not bad for an external HDD that just weight 0.1048 kg!!!
