This new leaked SP3 Release Candidate 2 for Windows XP is around 2,197.79 MB and you can install it on previous installed pre-release editions of Windows XP Service Packs (without the need to uninstall anything, differenlty from Vista Service Packs where you must uninstall any previous packs).
