Assuming that you avoided passwords like: johndoe, yourname123, yournameyoursurname etc. one of the best solutions around to check if your passwords are good or not, is to try this little new service, courtesy by Microsoft, which can be reached following this link. The page contains a little form which has to be filled in with your passwords. In return, it helps you determine their strength as you type.
