Right after I wrote about that Italian company which made available a tiny USB pen that could be confused with a credit card, another company has joined up the new trend to build thin things. This time is the turn of Ultra Products which has just made available its SpaceStation 6. Basically it is a kind of case which contains 6 small USB pens. It comes in two flavours namely: 12GB version with its 6 slots, 2GB each($90) and a 6GB version with its 6 slots, 1GB each (30$). Apart the cool idea to carry something as thin as a credit card, the whole concept to have 6 USB pens doesn’t thrill me. Too much confusion could be generated to fetch the files you stored…where exactly?
