Differently from other famous web browsers (i.e. Firefox), Internet Explorer 7 just allows you to download two files at the time. If you are one of those guys always downloading stuff from the Internet this can be a real annoyance without speaking about how much time this limitation wastes. A little hack can fix this issue once for good. Here is the step-by-step procedure:
- Click Start.
- Write regedit in the Search Bar.
- Find this Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Internet Settings
- Right click on that part of the window which is empty.
- Create a new DWord (32-bit) Value.
- Name the new DWord: MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
- Double click on the new DWord and modify the value to 3
- Create a new DWord and name it MaxConnectionsPerServer
- Double click on the new DWord and modify the value to 3
- Restart Internet Explorer.
