wiihomebrews

It has been a long time since I last wrote about Wii and homebrew because there were not many news to tell you the truth, but now it looks like something is moving and stirring the web. As a matter of fact, the guys at WiiHD have just released a nice guide about the installation of the the famous Twilight Hack and Homebrew Channel in order to provide everybody with the right tools to get free homebrew stuff on the console. The whole procedure is not without any risk, so before getting deeper into this field take into consideration that you could damage your Wii and no, Nintendo is not going to give you a new Wii if you burn the one you got for Christmas. In fact, once you modify it the warranty just  expires. For those of you who are brave enough to go on, here is a nice video explaining everything you need to know to be part of the growing Wii homebrew community. Here instead you can find the written  Wii hacking guide divided into three easy chapters.
