Today, when I checked my e-mail account, with my surprise I found a message from Google regarding its new service called Ad Manager. Google Ad Manager is supposed to help you sell and manage space on your blog or website for advertising. It also helps you prepare inventory for sale, executions, delivery and measurement. Ad Manager is open to all of those people who have an Adsense account. It is just sufficient to open an Ad Manager account to see it linked to your Adsense. Furthermore you can optionally integrate the two accounts. This will let AdSense to serve ads to some of your unused ad spots inventory. Other features include:
- Support for 32 languages and international currencies.
- Ad network management. A lot of third-party ad networks are supported.
- Automatic macro insertion. Ad Manager auto-detects and inserts macros from major third-party vendors. In this way you will save a lot of time and you will also avoid tagging errors.
- Preview on how a site will look like after a campaign is set.
- Other features include: Date/time, geo-,Ad-targeting, trafficking, ad delivery, and order booking bandwidth, browser, language, OS, domain and custom-targeting.
- It supports text, display and video formats.
