i keep learning about more and more little advantages and features with Chrome, with privacy, for example; now if only they would take care of it’s cookie management glitches…

James tool is for older themes, and is hard to know which png files are which, I mean the correct names as for example the window top center and etc, so I think Chromium Theme Creator offers that intuitive interface.
BTW: It seems that it supports building themes for Google Chrome 1.x and Google Chrome 2.x and Chromium which is the same for this last development version of Chrome.

hey, what does it mean “This file must be in the same directory where this tool is installed.” and how do you achieve this?

Hi!
It means that you have to download the file and, right after that, go to C:/Program files locate the folder and install the file.exe in the same folder where the theme maker is installed. It is explained a little awkwardly.
