While Google is working around the clock to release its official version of Chrome for Mac and Linux, the guys at CodeWeavers have already managed to create a Linux and Mac port of the G browser and release it for free. This “customized” version of Google Chrome is called Crossover Chromium, and it is available for download on Mac OS X as a native Mac .dmg file or on Ubuntu, RedHat, Suse, etc. as standard Linux packages. If you want to download it, here are the links:

Note: requires OS X 10.4 or higher and an Intel CPU, PowerPC Macs are NOT supported.
