Sony has recently unveiled its new digital frame called VAIO CP1 Wi-Fi photo frame. I am particularly happy about Sony and its new product because finally it looks like computer companies are starting understanding the value of having a device doing many things as I have always said since ever. As a matter of fact Vaio CP1has got a wonderful wi-fi antenna which lets the device share pictures in an easy way as well as connecting to the Internet to download news, weather forecasts and stream Internet radios. Here is a list of its most important features.

  1. 7-inch LCD screen (16 million colors and 800×480 resolution).
  2. Wi-fi antenna to connect the device to Internet (Vaio CP1 lets you also connect to Google Picasa to share your pictures!).
  3. 128MB internal memory.
  4. Housing for SD cards.
  5. Built-in RSS (Really Simple Syndication) reader!
  6. Built-in stereo speakers and Internet radio player.

The device is expected to hit the States around mid-October 2008 for about $300.
