Nintendo has unveiled its next portable console called DSi. This new game board is around 12% thinner than its previous version, and will get rid of the GBA slot entirely. What follows is a list of its most important features, its price and availability.

The new DSi will sport:

• Built-in cameras (one with VGA resolution).
• Music playback.
• SD card slot and internal storage.
• Synchronization technology to sync Photos with Wii Photo Channel.
• A free browser.
• Nintendo is calling its DSi a “third platform” meaning that it will not compete with the old DS. (this also involve that maybe Nintendo DS won’t disappear).
• Its price is set at US $178 and will be available in the States…”well into 2009″ as many rumors report. Anyway it will be available on November the first, in Japan.
