Sony has just unveiled its next-gen electronic paper called PRS-700 Reader. This e-reader, differently from other versions, is a big jump in terms of design and technology. As a matter of fact, its most important feature is an incredible six-inch touchscreen E-Ink display which lets the user go through the next page thanks to single touch performed by a nice stylus or his fingers. Sony PRS-700 sports:

• Dimensions of a slimmed down paperback book.
• Touchscreen capabilities.
• Five pre-set text sizes available to allow the reader find the font-size which better fits its sight.
• High-resolution, high contrast electronic paper display technology.
• Built-in LED reading light to read in scarcely illuminated rooms.
• Memory Stick Duo media or SD memory cards compatible.
• 7500 page-turn battery life.
