A few months ago I spoke about some nice applications which erase files from your computer permanently.Today I want to speak about another nice utility which does the same job, but it is completely compatible with all Windows operating system (including Vista). As a matter of fact Disk Redactor runs on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista. It also supports NTFS file system and FAT32 file. Here is a list of its features.
- Wipe and erase all free unused space from your disks, and write a big file with zeros to overwrite all old (deleted) files on your drive.
- Wipe and erase files permanently from hard disk drives, USB dongles and floppy disks.
- Very easy to use. Just use the Wipe Disk button to select the disk you wish to wipe (erase deleted files) and answer Yes to confirm.
If you want to know more, click here. If you want to download Disk Redactor, click here.
