A few weeks ago I spoke about a nice add-on which lets you customize your Gmail’s skin to have something unique and with more character than the plain and boring Gmail’s default look and feel. Today I want to speak about another nice add-on which turns your Gmail account into a powerful GTD tool. But what the heck GTD stand for? GTDInbox is the acronym for Getting Things Done. Basically it is a tool which helps you improve your productivity and organize your life and your work in a more efficient way. Here is a list of the features GTDInbox adds to your Gmail:
- Take control of your emails and manage them in a better way thanks to a new popup command box that lets you preview, archive, delete or modify labels on your emails.
- Change your e-mail into tasks. Give these tasks priorities and organize them by project, context or person.
- Categorise actions, communication and resources (e.g. files, meeting plans, invoices) into meaningful clusters – such as by project, context or contact – for easier information discovery and retrieval later.
- Print your tasks to handy 3×5 inch formats so that you will be able to take them wherever you go.
If you want to know more, click here to visit the official website. If you want to download and install the add-on right away, click here.
