Surfing  the Internet is as simple as 123. However, when you are before you computer you might find yourself at loss because you don’t manage to open websites. Knowing if your Internet connection is still alive would undoubtfully help, but with so many settings, options and icons, it is not always so simple to check it. Let’s see how we can check if your Internet connection is still alive with a nice freeware utility.

Isiton is a small, portable utility whose purpose is to check and display you if your computer is still connected to the Internet. Its most important features are:

  • This small utility uses a very low amount of resources in your computer.
  • It shows all of your Internet connections and their features: Internet IP / DNS / DHCP / WINS / Adaptors name & description etc…
  • It detects your LAN.
  • It also forces Remote Access Service (RAS) to Disable & Disconnect.
  • The application is designed to be always on top, so no matter what you do, you will always see it.
