So, this is the incredible news which is ruling the Internet during these very hours. As a matter of fact, Steve Ballmer has just announced during his keynote address at CES (Consumer Electronics Show ) in Las Vegas, that a public beta of the much anticipated Windows 7 will be released on Friday, January 9, 2009 (yes, it is tomorrow!). Windows 7 beta will be a complete full version available for everybody to download and will have its own genuine working product key!
Windows 7 beta will be available for download on Windows 7 page on Windows.com, for a limited period of time and for “just” 2.5 million people. This downloadable version will expire on on August 1st, 2009 with no way to renew it.
Steve Ballamer is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Microsoft and is the person who just replaced Bill Gates as the speaker of pre-show 2009 International CES keynote address.
