The official Windows 7 isn’t out yet (apart from the official beta version) but, incredible to say, the first hotfix is already out, fixing a very important issue which could cause MP3 data corruption. If you have Windows 7 I highly advise you to download and install this patch otherwise you might have big issues while using Windows Media Player 12. What do I mean? I know pretty well that the world doesn’t need another digital frame at all. In fact, Web Talk has reviewed so many of them that I could write a real encyclopedia! Just in case you are clueless at what I am talking about, the latest digital frames I reviewed are: Skyla Memoir digital frame, iGala Wireless Digital Picture Frame, eStarling WPF-388B digital frame, Ceiva CEIVAlife digital frame and VAIO CP1 Wi-Fi photo frame. If you are one of the happy and lucky Windows 7 users you know pretty well how bothering all those watermarks appearing on the desktop are. As a matter of fact, if you have a beta or a RC (release candidate) you will see “For testing purposes only”, if your Windows 7 is not activated yet you will see “Evaluation copy”, if you are on testing mode you will see ‘Test Mode” and if you boot in safe mode you will see “Safe Mode”.
