yahooRecently Yahoo has launched its improved currency converter tool which is, under many sides, much better than the famous Google converter, directly available in the Google search box. Let’s find out together how it works and why it’s better than its equivalent.

First of all, the new Yahoo Currency Converter has got its own dedicated page with a very handy Pocket Guide with the conversion of  your local currency to USD and vice-versa. In this way you won’t even need to use the converter since all the major money “cuts” are already converted. Secondly, all currencies are easy traceable thanks to the new method which, among the other features, is also able to guess what currency you are looking for. As a matter of fact, currencies are alphabetically divided into categories, but if you don’t know or remember the name of a currency it is sufficient to type in the search box the name of the city that Yahoo Currency Converter will try to guess what you are typing from the very first moment you push the first button in your keyboard. (This because the tool is written in AJAX). The all new Yahoo Currency Converter is my definitive tool to know how much my bucks are worth in other countries!
