officeSo, the new year has finally arrived and you wish to have a nice, brand new calendar to write down and schedule all your appointments, events, birthdays, anniversaries etc. You have got two options: Go to the first shop you meet along the street and buy an expensive calendar or just go to your computer, open Outlook 2007 and, if you are not very demanding, create and print a free, simple calender to fit  your needs!

  1. Open Outlook 2007.
  2. Now select: File – New Menu – Folder.
  3. A box dialog should appear.
  4. Name this new folder “My Calendar”.
  5. Under Folder Contains select from the drop-down menu Calendary Items.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the Outlook navigation pane go to the Calendar item and thick the checkbox  called “My Calendar” located under All calendar Items.
  8. Now go to File – Print and print your calendar making sure to select the proper layout under Print Sytle.
