Despite the fact that a  Windows 7 RC version was leaked in the Internet a couple of days ago, today Microsoft has made available for pubic download its official Windows 7 RC (Release Candidate). Windows 7 RC has got the following version tag: 7100.0.090421-1700 and is available as DVD ISO image through official Microsoft Windows 7 RC homepage. It can be downloaded in  English, French, German, Japanese and Spanish.
