Asus has recently unveiled its new ultraportable computer called Eee Seashell. This name comes from its glossy design which makes the new Asus Eee look like a seashell. The whole case is also made of a scratch resistance surface which protects the computer from any kind of damage. 

The Seashell sports:

• 10-inch (1024 x600) display.
• 1.66GHz N280 Atom CPU.
• 160GB 2.5” SATA II 5400RPM HDD + 10GB Eee Storage.
• 1GB DDR2 SO-DIMM
• Wi-Fi (b/g/n), Bluetooth and a 1.3MP webcam.
• 92-percent keyboard and a multi-touch touchpad.
• 6 hours of battery life.
• Dimensions: 262mm (W) x 178mm (D) x 18~25.7mm (H)
• It comes in the following colors: White, Black, Blue, Pink, Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red.

No word about its price or its release date. Anyway, rumors say that it will be available in a month or so for about $600. Stay tuned for more info!
