pdfzilla Web Talk has already covered this topic hugely. As a matter of fact, this is not the first time I speak about how to convert a file with a certain format to something else. Thanks for your sharing!
As I know, if someone just need to copy the text from the PDF file, he can just copy the text and then paste it to Word or Notepad. No need to convert the PDF to text. If they need the picture, table or others of the PDF file. They need some PDF converters such as PDF to Word Converter.
