Ok, I have to confess it to you. This trick is really easy and doesn’t need a great introduction. Windows 7, among its options and features, let’s you create and customize  a theme. Of course you have to create a new theme but, if you think than creating a personal theme is too hard for you, well, think better! Here is how to make and create a customized theme in a couple of steps.

1. Right-click on any empty space on the desktop.
2. Click Personalise.
3. Click Desktop Background.
4. Now, Click Browse to locate new wallpapers and select the wallpaper you like.
5. Eventually, you have also the option to change wallpaper every x minutes.
6. Click the Save Changes button.
7. Right after that, click Windows color to change color of windows, background, and cursor and apply your changes.
8. Once done, click   click on save theme option in your personalization window.
9. Give a name to your  theme and you are done.
