tinyurl_generatorIf you use Social services such as Twitter (which is also an online micro-blogging platform, by the way) you know how character and numbers count. As a matter of fact,  you are allowed to write messages not exceeding 140 characters. A great solution is to create shorter URL thanks to web services such as TinyURL. The bad news is that you always have to copy the URL and paste it in the TinyURL blank field, create the short link and copy it again in your clipboard.  What a bore! Wouldn’t be nice to create Tiny URL on the fly, save a lot of time and spare yourself from the annoying task of copy-and-paste URLs  all day long?

TinyURL Generator is a small add-on for your Firefox browser helping you create Tiny URL in one click! It lets you generate TinyURL for the page you are currently viewing in the background. Additionally, the Tiny URL is copied in your clipboard, automatically. The only thing to do at this point  is  paste it wherever you want.

If you want to know more, or if you want to download it right away, visit the official website.

I thought this was so good I posted it on Facebook so my friends could use it. Sorry, even though I have an account, I don’t use Twitter. Frank, maybe that’s a good way to increase traffic also.
