If you are asking yourself if the upcoming Microsoft operating system, Windows 7, is faster than Windows Vista and XP, well, put your mind at peace because the reply is YES! In fact, a recent ZDnet benchmark has shown that Windows 7 is the faster Microsoft operating system ever!  Please note that this test has been performed on Windows 7 RTM version which comes without any service pack (which usually slow considerably down the system!).
