If you are an indefatigable surfer and you like searching Google a lot, but you also like reading interesting articles on Wikipedia, here you have just got your chance to clash these two super web-services together. Let’s see how you can search Wikipedia and Google at the same time and get their results, pages and articles on the same window, next to each other.

Googlepedia is a simple add-on for Firefox which “shows you a relevant Wikipedia article along with your search results. Clicking links in the article will trigger new Google searches, making it a very useful research tool”.  Its most important features are:

  • Turns Wikipedia links into Google search links.
  • Removes Google AdWords. (ads)
  • Uses your local language Wikipedia based on the Google language.
  • Hide button to disable Googlepedia.
  • etc..
