Free-PDF-Compressor

A lot of PDF files have a big size due to the fact that they contain  pictures, images, graphics, diagrams and the like. If you wish to shrink their size for your convenience, I have  found an interesting trick  letting you securely reduce the file size of these pdf files in order to store them in those USB devices which do not have a lot of space.

So, if you want to make the file size of a PDF file smaller it is sufficent to print them to a PDF file. Let me clarify this. Open your PDF file, click File located on the left upper side of your screen. From the drop down menu select Print. A new window will appear. Under Printers, choose Adobe PDF.  If you don’t have such an option you can always use a PDF compressor which in a couple of steps will reduce the size of your most important files. A good application is Nice PDF Compressor. It basically removes duplicate PDF objects. To work, it  takes advantage of new compression features of latest PDF specifications that for many classes of documents compresses 30 – 60% better than what is possible in PDF.
