		<description>I wouldn&#039;t run Norton... it causes so many problems and hogs resources... but if I did...  the updates are actually self extracting zip files.. all you need to do with the new definitions is rename the extension to .zip and put them in your definitions folder.
   Windows security essentials works great, it&#039;s free and you get the updates automatically along with regular updates.</description>
