office 2010 betaAfter a previous release, only available to MSDN and TechNet subscribers, Microsoft introduces the official Microsoft Office 2010 Preview Beta for everybody to download it for free and without any kind of requirements! Let’s see where to get it and what its most important features are.

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 embeds a lot of enhanced tools to make the most out of your work, including tools to work with your cell phone and your computer browser. Here is what’s included:

Reading from the official Microsoft Office website: “…From insightful updates to Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, to new server integration capabilities that make it easier for everyone to track, report and share vital information, Office Professional Plus 2010 offers the complete package through familiar, intuitive tools.”

If you want to use this Office release you have to know that it is a beta release and that you are risking your data by installing it on your computer. As stated in the Office website: “Protect your PC and data. Be sure to back up your data and please don’t test Office Professional Plus 2010 Beta on your primary home or business PC” other disclaimers include: “Uninstall any previous versions of Microsoft Office. We highly recommend that previous versions of Microsoft Office be removed from your test machine before installing Office Professional Plus 2010 Beta.”
