Recently, Microsoft has added new, free themes in its Windows 7 Personalization Gallery. The new themes  available for everybody to download are:  Cats Anytime, Dogs in Winter, Summit on the Summit and Twinkle Wish. If you want to download them, go to the official Microsoft webpage here.
