opera-logoThere are so many scam websites, hacked blogs and dangerous places in the Internet, that surfing has recently become a matter of…security. If you are concerned about your sensitive information and private data such usernames and passwords, here is a quick trick for your Opera browser to prevent malicious websites from stealing your stuff!

  1. Open Opera browser.
  2. Go to the site you want to visit.
  3. On the right side of its web address, click the question mark to know more about it.
  4. Remember, if the site is secure, there will be no question mark!
  5. After you have clicked the question mark a window will open.
  6. Click the Fraud Protection tab.
  7. At this point Opera will perform a security check on the website. If the website is ok, Opera will telt you, otherwise you will get a warning!
  8. As a final step, make sure that the Enable Fraud Protection option is On!
