calculator

If you work and browse the Internet with Google Chrome at the same time, you might wish to have a nice calculator to make some calculation right away. Now, a nice thing  would be to do this without leaving your current window to go find where the Windows calculator is. So, why don’t you use an add-on to solve this problem?

Chromey Calculator is a calculator for your Google Chrome.  Apart from the classic 4 operations all calculators are able to do, Chromey  has also got the following features:

  • Unit conversion — tablespoons in 1/4 cup.
  • Currency conversion — 56 dollars in euros.
  • Understands hex, octal, binary — 4 + 0xAF + 0o71 + 0b10 in hex.
  • Understands many functions — tan(pi/4), log(10), sqrt(2), etc..
  • Knows many mathematical and physical constants — pi, e, h, c, etc..
  • Uses Google’s “Did you mean” feature to correct typing mistakes.
  • Does derivatives and integrals.
  • etc.

If you want to know more, if you want to download and install this add-on, visit this Google webpage.
