office 2010If you use Office 2010 a lot and you are accustomed to work and “deal” with a lot of foreign languages, then maybe this little tricks should come up handy and help you a lot! Basically, it lets you set up and install an and helpful automatic support for each foreign language you have to work with. Let’s see how to achieve this result after the break.

  1. Open ay Windows Office 2010 program such as Word or Excel, for example.
  2. Click File and then Option.
  3. In the Option window, click the Language link.
  4. Now, click the Add additional editing languages button in order to open a drop-menu.
  5. Select the language you wish and click the Add button.
  6. This action will add the language you just chose to the list of your languages. Next to it, click Not Installed, to install it.
  7. Once the system has finished downloading the package, click the Not Enabled link which is located next the Not Installed link. This will turn on the keyboard layout.
  8. At this point you need to turn on the keyboard layout on your computer. To do so, click the Add button from the Text Services and Input Languages window.
  9. From the list of language available, select your language and click OK a couple of times to confirm.
  10. Done!
