Yesterday, Steve Jobs unveiled the new Apple iPhone 4G. This new, incredible device “is one of the most beautiful designs you’ve ever seen,” said Jobs, and marks tone of biggest leap in comparison to the previous moldels.  This fourth iPhone generation will be able to multi-task, meaning that it will  run more applications at the same time, and it will also be able to take sharper pictures thanks to its new powerful 5 mega-pixel camera with built-in LED flas. Other features include:

  • Better touch screen able to deliver brither images thanks to its 3.5-inch screen, 960-by-640 backlit, 326 pixels per inch (ppi).
  • Gyroscope sensor which will give to the device a six-axis motion sensing.
  • Amazing front video camera to allow for video-conferencing.
  • Ability to record HD videos. 5-megapixel camera.
  • Thinner design (9.3 millimeters -which means that it is 24 per cent thinner than the previous model).
  • Multi-Touch display and innovative software.

The new iPhone 4G will go on-sale June 24th. Pre-orders start June 15th. on June 24 iPhone 4 will launch in 4 countries. In July it will ship in 18 more. $199 for 16GB, $299 for 32GB.

    Today’s technological (if overpriced) marvel, tomorrow’s discarded junk in a landfill. I’m still amazed at how these companies treat & exploit overseas workers that assemble these things, read about the rash of suicides in China and consider the fact that hardly any of these jobs are in the US. These phones are more tracking devices than anything else. Worthless.
