But the whole matter changes when you have to download WMP files to your computer!  Such an extension means Windows Media Player and it is a file that only the famous Media Player embedded in your Windows OS can read. GetAsfstream is small, unknown utility which lets you download any WMP file from any website. Its User Interface is rather simple but well, who cares if it manages to download wmp files in a breeze? The way it works is quite, quite simple. Firstly, you have to go to the website where the video is located. Right click it and select Properties. Right after that copy the URL to the movie which should starts with mms://. Paste the code into the software, click a button and GetAsfstream will start downloading and playing it at the same time!
