One of the new features of Windows 7 are Jumplists. Basically, they contains recently opened or used items such as: web pages, programs and applications etc. Such items can be pinned so that the users will also have a complete list of all the stuff he has recently opened. On certain Windows 7 operating systems however, such Jumplists are completely empty, without all the recent opened items. Let’s see how to solve and fix this issue.
- Click and open Windows Explorer
- Now, copy and paste this address to Windows Explorer address bar:
- A list of files will appear on the window. Locate the files which are unusually larger.
- Delete them.
- This simple procedure will restore your Jumplists.

Super-helpful instructions. You should work for Microsoft writing for their help section or better yet in programming. Thanks for the help!
