A few days ago I wrote how to download the much awaited Windows 7 Service Pack 1 beta version, directly from Microsoft.  The procedure to achieve the result was a little intricate, as you had to  register at the Technet Evaluation Center. If you don’t feel like going through the boring and annoying registration process (without speaking of the questionnaire you’ll have to fill in!!!) , but you wish to download the Service Pack right away, you have to know that the direct links to download it have been recently leaked on the Internet!

Windows 7 SP1 Beta 32-bit (via Windows Update): WUSignUpTool_x86.exe
Windows 7 SP1 Beta 64-bit (via Windows Update): WUSignUpTool_x64.exe

Windows 7 SP1 Beta ISO: 7601.16562.100603-1800_Update_Sp_Wave0-B1SP1.0_DVD.iso

Windows SP1 is available in English, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish languages only.

Please, bear in mind that if you install these SP1 beta version, your system will expire on June 30, 2011. In fact, Windows 7 will force you to upgrade to the final build or to uninstall the service pack beta.
