Last year I wrote an article about the famous GodMode hack in Windows 7. It received quite a lot of traffic and my blog for a couple of weeks become quite famous The little tutorial got around 200.00 visitors and well, it still continues to get lots of readers that still don’t know about such hack. Today I want to speak about another incredible hack which will let you add to your Windows 7 a new feature which, by default, is hidden from view. I am talking about the GameMode option!
Basically, this hack will add on your desktop a special icon. It will displays ALL the game installed on your computer. So, stop browsing your Windows Menu and dozens of folders to look for that game you want to play. Collect all your games in the same place!
- Right click on any bank space on your desktop.
- Click new from the menu and create a New Folder.
- Rename the folder as follow: GameMode.{ED228FDF-9EA8-4870-83b1-96b02CFE0D52}
This hack should also work in Windows Vista

Shouldn’t your games list also be listed and can be found under your start menu > games under win7?
