Microsoft is fighting hard hackers who want to bypass all security measures in order to illegally activate Windows 7 copies. In fact, the Richmond Software company has recently released an interesting security  update for the well-known WAT (Windows Activation technology) KB971033 which is now able to detect and annihilate the effectiveness of more than 70 cracks, bypasses and exploits able to automatically activate Windows 7. If, by any chance, you don’t want the WAT KB970133 update on your computer, well, the first thing to do is not to install it. If instead such update is alreadyavailable  on your machine, here is a simple tutorial on how to uninstall and remove it for good!

  1. Click Start.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Now, click Programs – Programs and Features – Uninstall a Program.
  4. Click View Installed Updates on the left pane.
  5. Select Update for Microsoft Windows (KB971033).
  6. Simply, click Uninstall.
