Sometimes, after inserting a USB flash drive to your Windows 7 USB port, the following  “balloon” message might appear on your screen: “This USB Device Can Perform Faster…”. First of all let me tell you that such a message is not triggered by any error. It is only a warning from your “friendly” Windows 7  letting you know that  your computer and your flash drive have got different speeds.
