internet explorerThe new Internet Explorer 9 (beta version) is out for everybody to try. However, this is not the final release and, like many beta products, it contains some bugs which in some case may give your computer some “headache” or prevent you from surfing the Internet in peace. This easy trick will teach you how to uninstall Internet Explorer 9 beta and restore you old Internet Explorer 7 or 8

  1. Click Start.
  2. In the Search field, type  Programs and Features and hit Enter.
  3. In the left pane, click View installed updates.
  4. From the list you should be able to see the Internet Explorer 9 entry. Right click it and select Uninstall.
  5. After you have uninstalled IE9, restart your computer.
  6. After your computer has been restarted nothing else is required on your side. In fact, the system will also restore your previous Internet Explorer, automatically.

  1. John Terryah Says:

I cannot find explorer 9 in my list of programs. I still have explorer 8 listed . I have been denied entry into some sites because they cannot handle explorer 9. My own web site shirtz2u.com will not now accept me but did up until a couple of days ago. How else could it be shown? I cannot overwrite explorer 9 as I did with the explorer 9 installation. It is impossible to run my on line store this way.
