windows 7Who has ever played one of the default games in Windows operating systems?  Windows 7 has added a whole bunch of new games in the Game folder. However, if you don’t like them at all, if you want to save space and resources or you wish to add your own favorite games, this hack is definitely for you! So let’s see how to uninstall games in Windows 7 operating system in a couple of easy steps!

  1. Click Start.
  2. In the Search field, type regedit and press Enter.
  3. Locate this Windows registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows\CurrentVersion \GameUX\Games
  4. In the left pane you should see a lot of keys with long names such as: {37343-3488-94720-854822}
  5. Click each of them and look at the right-pane. A special key named AppExePath should reveal you the name of the game the key represents.
  6. In the left pane, right click the long number key and from the menu click Delete.
  7. Restart the computer for the change to take effect.
