Hello – this info on turning off Notifications doesn’t seem to help with turning off notifications or posts that I am playing or have played FARKLE. Can anyone assist me? I really don’t want that showing up on so others can see when I play or have played. I turned it off once quite a while ago but it’s back. When I go into notifications it says if I turn it off, I will lose FARKLE. Here’s hoping you can clarify for me cause I sure want it to stop…guess that’s pretty clear by now. Thanks all. Linda

I found when I turned off certain items in Cityville so it wouldn’t show my status? It made it so my game requests to CV friends stopped showing up. We all need to complain or our privacy will continue to be non-existant

Is it possible to turn off notifications for a game you actually play. I don’t want to block or ignore the app, because that means I can’t play it. But I don’t want a continuous stream of ‘… sent you a request’ all day long. Those types of posts show up within the game (in this case, Monster World) anyway! Please help if you can!

  4. Nanette Andaya Says:

There’s really nothing wrong with those game notifications, except that
I really don’t have that much time for FB (compared to others), and it wastes that much time for me to delete the game invites etc…

  5. Mike Case Says:

Is there a simple way to turn off all game stories from all friends at once?

  6. Tim Bancroft Says:

This is totally useless. Nowhere does it say “Account” on my facebook page and nowhere is there a dropdown for it.

If there are other routes, they need to be stated.
