If you need to view and read document created on Microsoft Office or Openoffice on the fly, I have found a very simple, (and above all free) document viewer for you! Has it ever happened to you to view a doc “on-the-fly”, without using Microsoft Office or OpenOffice which, by the way, you don’t have installed on your computer? You just need to read that word file, but you don’t want to modify it and you are in a hurry! Personally speaking, this has happened to me one hundred times! Let’s see how to read any text, word  (such as .doc or .docx file) document for free without buying expensive software.

TextMaker is a very simple doc viewer which lets you read (only) any document that has been edited using Microsoft Office suite or Open Office. The software is compatible with Windows 7, Vista and XP.  Here is a list of document TextMaker can read:
